Mexican Independence Day

15th September is Mexican Independence Day, and in town squares across Mexico the President leads the celebrations. The people rejoice with the president in remembering and calling out the names of fallen heroes of Mexican history. Sadly we can’t take everyone to Mexico to join in the party but why not celebrate at home with a very traditional Michelada beer cocktail and your own Mexican food? We’ve found you some great recipes and everything you ever wanted know about chillis to help you with your celebrations. Don’t forget to come back and tell us all about it!
