The Dial, Burton-on-Trent

VN:F [1.9.1_1087]
Rating: 0.0/5 (0 votes cast)

The Dial is easily Burton's most stylish venue. It is a cavernous site, though most of it is a formally seated restaurant to the rear, with a lounge area in the front windows. A meat and fish heavy menu (parmesan encrusted cod, pan fried sirloin steak, etc...) has a few designer veggie options (courgette and feta omelette) and the full compliment of starters and desserts; expect the options to be frequently revised. The decor is minimal, but very sleek; big windows, white washed walls, exposed air-con piping, floral arrangements and oil paintings.
